My last update to prove I was alive:
Fair warning : I'm still alive. ;P Hope your holidays were great and Happy New Year to you all.
A lot of bullshit family wise, plus holidays and being busy crafting and blah blah blah blah blah. What's that they say? Don't make excuses cuz your friends don't need them and your enemies won't believe you anyway?
Have some pics....
This is Freya, she was donated to help me keep my sanity so I can play Puzzle Pirates (I'm on the Midnight Ocean, come play with me :P):
Pics from the South Florida Fair can be found starting here.
Another quick sketch for Kryssie:
Kryssie's Birthday Present (click to see full size, inside, etc.):
For Gift-giving Day (a.k.a. Christmas) I crafted, crafted and then crafted some more after the last post of... well, crafting:
And of course you can click on any of these pics to see my photostream of nonsense.

Yarrrr!
And now the poem I just wrote, enjoy. Steal from me and burn in hell this is all I have in life. ^.^
Look at this beautiful cage he said, it is the largest in the land
It is beautiful the little bird replied
You have everything you need in life he said
The seed and fruit overflow from my bowl the little bird replied
And no sweeter water exists than that which flows from your marble fountain
Water so sparkling and clear I've never seen the little bird replied
But the little bird continued
With whom shall I share this life?
Who will be my friends?
I am your friend the man replied
Who will share my interests and joy in this fabulous seed and water?
I appreciate their attributes which is why I have chosen them for you the man replied
But the man continued
Would you rather spend your life not sure if you will live to see the next day?
How will I learn to appreciate the present the little bird replied
Would you see your beauty scarred by the war of living?
They are my badges the little bird replied
Your feathers gone along with the sparkle of your eyes?
Proud sacrifices the little bird replied
Would you enjoy struggling for every meal?
The hunt, the chase and exquisite taste of a victory the little bird replied
And the little bird continued
You ask me to give up the fresh air under my wings, wings I shall never stretch again
Wings that will never see dirt or rain or parasites the man replied
This is a beautiful cage and your gifts are generous and plentiful but why should you offer me these things?
The man shut his eyes and withheld his words
Why should you appreciate my company the little bird asked
From the man's eye fell a single tear and he replied
I am lonely
I have no one with whom I can share my interests
I have no beautiful home or feast
I have nothing beautiful to call my own
And the little bird asked
So what is it you ask of me?
This he pondered
Share with me this lonely and fulfilled life.
Lonely Fulfilled Life
